Both players stand in the same server. Walk up, open the trade window, put the pets in, and read the name, rarity, size, and mutations before you confirm. Do not send a pet in chat, and do not trade for a code, a "free item," or a pet from another Roblox game. Duplicate-glitch offers are called out as scams. There is no published duplicate mechanic.
A settings option shown in the Update 16 video can limit trade requests to everyone, friends, or nobody. Use it if requests are getting in the way.
March 2026 community bands
These bands are estimates from after Update 16, for a base pet with no mutation. They are not live prices. Shiny was described as multiplying trade value by about 20 to 50 times. That range is a trade comment, not a BPS formula. BPS Shiny is 4x.

Breeding parents (Red Panda, Axolotl, Kitsune, Cosmic Griffin, Lightning Dragon, Cerberus) were described as holding value beyond their BPS because the chain needs them. New pets were described as dropping fast after an update. Buying during a panic week and selling the brand-new pet early are the two timing notes. Neither is a guaranteed margin.
Check mutation and size on Pegasus before you accept. A 94 BPS Pegasus and a 444 BPS Colossal are not the same offer.
